If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to hear your feedback and make it right. Simply reach out to us within 60 days of your purchase, and we will gladly issue a refund.

Eligibility:

  • This policy applies only to your first order, with a maximum of two bottles or units.
  • If your first order includes more than two units, we may require you to return all unused items to qualify for a full refund, following our standard Return Policy.

Return Policy

Beyond our 60-day risk-free guarantee, we also offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log into your account to request a return, or contact us at hello@boostvital.com.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees:

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or an error was made on our part.
  • If you choose our pre-paid return label, a $7.90 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless you have purchased return shipping protection for $1 at checkout.
  • If your item arrives damaged, we may require a photo to process a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@boostvital.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • If you have questions about a specific product’s return eligibility, please contact us before making a purchase.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
