Sorry, we currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within USA.
Orders are processed and sent to the fulfillment warehouse every weekday at 2 p.m. Mountain Time. They are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery date shown during checkout may vary depending on the order volume.
Once your order is placed and processed by our Fulfillment Team, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will include your order number, shipping address, billing details, and a summary of the items purchased.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking information and instructions on how to track your package.
• Orders of 1-5 bottles are shipped via USPS First Class, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days.
• Orders of 6 or more bottles are shipped via USPS Priority, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 days.
All shipments include a tracking number for your convenience.
Of course! While we strive for every order to arrive in perfect condition, we understand that shipping mishaps can happen. If your product is damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to hello@boostvital.com within 5 days of delivery. Once your claim is approved, we will issue a refund, and you can keep the product!
